Valencia has reinvented itself. While still proud of its past achievements, Spain's third major city has changed course drastically in recent years. Valencia is now first and foremost called the city of art and science. It is aimed at tourists who want to be amazed, who are hungry for knowledge, who want to discover new worlds. The place where such visitors can quench their thirst for something other than the regular attractions is the park where nature calls and science invites you on a wild journey of discovery. .
In this ultramodern, futuristic-looking area, three top attractions are gathered on an area of 350,000 m². Let's see what is going on there.

  • The Hemispheric. Here the wonders of our Milky Way can be viewed. Using the most advanced technology, a large-format auditorium offers a view of the starry sky. Three different projection systems are used to make these three-dimensional and digital shows a lifelike and unforgettable experience. In addition, there is also a night planetarium where an expert provides live commentary.
  • The science museum. In this building, complex matters are explained through a number of easy-to-understand and funny exhibits. Think of the chromosome forest and learn how 23 sets form the human genome. Or discover in a light-hearted way which basic principles determine life in weightless airspace. There are also scientific workshops and demonstrations and explanations are given about the secrets of Mars. A series of other phenomena from physics, chemistry and mathematics are also discussed here. The starting point for all activities in this separate museum is that it should be a pleasure for everyone to increase their knowledge.
  • Oceanographic. The largest aquarium in Europe. This underwater 'city' is split into several parts. All habitats of our Blue Planet are within reach here. You can enjoy an encounter with whales, sea lions, large sea turtles, crocodiles, penguins, seals, jellyfish and lots of fish. In Oceonographic you can also admire a colorful coral reef where many multicolored fish also live. A very special experience is the walk through a seventy meter long tunnel where the visitors are completely surrounded by the life in the sea. The big attraction here is undoubtedly a face to face with one or more sharks.

Tickets for 1, 2 or all 3 attractions can be bought in the different combinations.
