Alicante - The months of July and August are the months when many people travel to the Spanish Costa to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. At the airport of Alicante and Murcia you can see at one time that many more travelers arrive, but the composition of the travelers is also completely different than in the other seasons.
In the months of July and August, the younger generations with mostly children take over the Spanish Costa. The beaches are also buzzing with summer activities. Not only are children built on sandcastles. Along the beaches of, for example, Campoamor, Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada, full wipe-out lanes have been built where the youngsters can let off steam.
