Welcome to this beautiful apartment in San Pedro del Pinatar, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday on the sunny Costa Cálida! Located in a quiet and charming area, this property offers everything you need for a carefree time under the Spanish sun. Within a few minutes walk you will find delicious restaurants, cozy bars, supermarkets and various shops. The beach is within walking distance, perfect for a brisk morning walk or a relaxing day at the water. And for golf enthusiasts, there is a beautiful golf course just 7 kilometers away.

The property exudes luxury and comfort, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. The apartment is completely on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible for everyone. At the front you will find a spacious terrace with a view of a beautiful communal swimming pool. Inside, the spacious living room with open kitchen invites you to enjoy lots of natural light and modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee maker, including a Dolce Gusto machine, etc.

The house has two spacious bedrooms with double beds (160x200), each with sliding doors, and an extra room that can be used as a workspace or bedroom by means of a double fold-away bed (150x200). Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with a toilet, sink and spacious walk-in showers, including both a hand and rain shower. There is also a patio at the back of the apartment. The house is equipped with silent air conditioning for cooling and heating, and all windows have shutters.

During your stay you can count on fast Wi-Fi and international television, so you don't have to miss anything. Beach chairs, a parasol and beach towels are provided for a day at the beach. You can also go out to the Dos Mares shopping center or the Zenia Boulevard for a day of shopping or a delicious meal. In the area you will find charming villages, cozy terraces and beautiful beaches. For the sporty types there are various cycling routes to discover the area.

Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.

Wintering: Our wintering period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly price applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not have to coincide with a calendar month.

Key handover: The key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home from 4:00 PM on the first day of your stay. On the day of departure, you normally leave the home before 11:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be the point of contact during your stay.
