You will find absolutely everything within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. If you have a car, you can park it in the secure underground parking garage.

At only 600 meters you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is also only 700 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cozy restaurants and cafes. If you like a market, you can indulge in the street market of Playa Flamenca on Saturdays, which is only 400 meters away. The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with lots of daylight through the large windows. The apartment is oriented to the south so that you can enjoy the sun here all year round, in the house but also on the spacious balcony of approx. 20 m². From this balcony you have a view of one of the communal swimming pools and the beautifully landscaped gardens of Flamenca Village resort.
