You have 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with underfloor heating. A hairdryer is provided. The cozy living room is combined with an open kitchen. This is fully equipped with kitchenware and dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, a spacious fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, toaster and the like. If you want to cook yourself, that is no problem. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

The popular shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is a 700 meter walk away and is open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you like a market, you can indulge yourself on Saturday at the Playa Flamenca street market, just 400 meters away. If you come to play golf, the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is approximately 4 km away. Due to the relatively flat nature of the coastal area, this region is also suitable for cycling enthusiasts. There are many beautiful places to visit in the region.
