This charming apartment offers two tastefully furnished bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200). The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. In one of the bathrooms there is a wonderful bathtub, so you can completely relax.

With modern amenities such as air conditioning in every room and fast fibre optic internet, you will feel right at home here. In addition, there is a wide range of international TV channels and an extensive selection of films and series to keep you entertained.

Step outside and discover the communal swimming pool, just a few steps away, further along a green sunbathing lawn and cosy seating areas to relax and enjoy the Spanish life.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Wintering: Our wintering period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly price applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not have to coincide with a calendar month.

Key handover: The key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home from 4 p.m. on the first day of your stay. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11 a.m. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.
