This bright house has a living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher and of course many small kitchen appliances. Through the living room with sofa, TV cabinet, Smart TV with all international channels, you enter the master bedroom (180 x 200) with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds (92 x 200) and a second bathroom is accessible through the kitchen. The bathrooms are both equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet, the bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.

The house is equipped with integrated air conditioning (hot / cold) in all rooms. In addition, there is also fast WiFi via fiber optic.

In addition to the balcony at the front of the house, this penthouse offers a spacious private roof terrace. On this roof terrace there is a comfortable lounge set, sun loungers and a BBQ. If it gets too hot on the roof terrace, you can use the pergola for the necessary shade. From the roof terrace you have an unobstructed view of the adjacent green strip.

Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Wintering: Our wintering period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly price applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not have to coincide with a calendar month.

Key transfer: The key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11 a.m. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
