This villa is situated in the centre of a cozy and quiet neighbourhood in Pilar de la Horadada. At walking distance you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and various shops. The villa is about meter van het strand and the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also famous for its fantastic golfcourses. At about 11 kilometer you will find the nearest golfclubs, where you can enjoy playing golf.

The house has a garden-oriented living room with plenty of privacy. The terrace and private swimming pool are oriented to the south so that you have enough sun all day. You can also sit in the shade with the large awning. On the ground floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms with spacious beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor is the third bedroom and third bathroom of this house. The villa is extremely suitable for the disabled. The master bedroom is larger, so that it is easy to maneuver with a wheelchair. The master bathroom is suitable for the disabled due to the use of a sliding door and a wider entrance. In addition, there is a wheelchair-accessible washbasin and there are folding toilet rails at the toilet. The toilet is also raised.

The house also has a stand-up bed with parrot (90 x 200) in the master bedroom and 2 high-low beds (90 x 200) in the second bedroom downstairs. Both in the summer and winter the shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard attracts lots of people. Here you will find lots of shops, boutiques, restaurants and many more. La Zenia Boulevard is just about 11 kilometers drive from the verhuur villa.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Provision of keys: The provision of the keys is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4 p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They welcome you and do the provision of keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Total Service: We can provide airport transfer services. If desired, we can also pick you up and drop you off at the airport. A hospitable driver will be waiting for you upon arrival at the airport. They will bring you directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If desired, we also provide a welcome package upon arrival.
