This ground floor apartment is located in the seaside resort of Torre de la Horadada on the Mediterranean Sea. Within walking distance you will find the beautiful beaches, boulevard and marina. The village square and Plaza Nueva with numerous restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. There are also a number of supermarkets within walking distance for your daily shopping.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace that is adjacent to the living room is oriented to the south. From the garden you have a view of the communal swimming pool and spacious sunbathing areas with palm trees. The apartment is equipped with a large sunshade so that there is also enough shade when it gets too hot.

The living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso etc. Of course you can enjoy fast internet via fibre optic in the house. You can also watch your favourite programmes and channels on the Smart TV.

The master bedroom has one double bed (2 m x 1.60 m). The other two bedrooms have two single beds (2 m x 0.9 m). The two modern bathrooms have a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. At the front of this apartment is the terrace that is situated adjacent to the street. On this terrace you have the sun in the morning.

The communal facilities include 1 communal swimming pool (fresh water), children's pool, jacuzzi with salt water, a gym and a sauna.

A dog is allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Wintering: Our wintering period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly price applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not have to coincide with a calendar month.

Key transfer: The key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be the point of contact during your stay.
