In that case you are very welcome at Casa Panadera! Located in the Vila Del Mar 2 complex. Close to the center of Torrevieja and only a 7-minute walk from the beach and the pleasant 6 km long promenade. You also have free access to the swimming pool that belongs to the complex.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator. The apartment is equipped with NL TV.

Layout: Living room, new kitchen with washing machine and 3-burner induction hob. A spacious balcony of 2.40 by 2.45 meters. Brand new bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 2: 2 x 1 bed (90 x 180).

Behind the apartment is a small patio. The apartment was completely renovated in July 2017.

In this property pets are not allowed.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Provision of keys: The provision of the keys is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4 p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They welcome you and do the provision of keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
