This modern apartment is located close to Villamartin Plaza and the golf course of Villamartin. At about 5 kilometers you will find the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca South. In the area you will also find plenty of nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy your holiday. This apartment is also very suitable for longer stays. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen so that you can cook well at home or have a nice drink.

The apartment is located on the second floor which can be reached via a lift. The orientation of the spacious balcony is on the southeast so that you can sit in the sun in the morning until the afternoon. From the balcony you have a nice view over the communal gardens and communal swimming pools.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). This bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200).

You can park your car safely in the underground parking garage. There is also a possibility to store your own bicycles in the parking garage.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are also not allowed.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
