The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen on the first floor. From the comfortable sofa and armchair you can watch your favorite TV channels on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer combination. For coffee and tea you can use a Nespresso machine and the kettle. There is also a toilet on this floor. From the living room you have access to a cozy balcony that is oriented to the south.
On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a cozy balcony that is also oriented to the south. This bedroom has a double bed (190 x 200). In the middle bedroom there are 2 single beds (90 x 200), which can be put together if you wish. The bedroom at the rear of the house has 2 single beds (100 x 200). You can also find the spacious bathroom on this floor. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a walk-in shower.
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning systems. You can park your car in the street of the house. For large families or families who want to stay together, there is the possibility to rent the adjacent house.
