Very spacious and atmospheric apartment with a fantastic view of Mar Menor. Located on the first line and on the first floor (there is no elevator available). The property has been completely renovated and refurbished. Enjoy the sunrise and Spanish beach life from the modern living room or the balcony. There is a separate kitchen equipped with various built-in appliances. The apartment offers three bedrooms with comfortable double beds (two of them 180x200 and one 140x190) and two bathrooms. Air conditioning for both warm and cold air is available. There is an indoor garage with an electric door for parking a small car. The lively promenade offers a wide selection of restaurants and entertainment options. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental, and smoking indoors is prohibited.

Winter rentals: Our overwintering period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly price applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not have to be the same as a calendar month.

Key transfer: Key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys to you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
