Description

For rent for a wonderful beach or sporty holiday: a completely newly furnished holiday home for six people, on the edge of the Spanish village: San Pedro del Pinatar in the Costa Calida area. It is located on a quiet, pleasant street with an unobstructed view and is within walking distance of the center with churches, cozy cafes, various restaurants and shops. Here you will find the real old Spanish life! The house is an 8-minute bike ride (2.4 km) from the beach.

The village is characterized by a long coastline and beautiful beaches and two ports. On the north side is a large inland lake 'Mar Menor' close to an ecological nature reserve 'Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar. The nature park consists of lakes where salt is extracted, a peninsula with mudflats and a wide variety of bird species, including the characteristic flamingos. A must for every nature lover! The village is also located on the Mediterranean Sea and has several bays. It has elongated dunes and a pleasant boulevard. You have the most amazing routes for walking, cycling, water sports and enjoying the beautiful flora and fauna. There are places where you can park close to the beach. You will also find a wide range of golf facilities in the vicinity.

The house includes three bedrooms for two persons (180 x 200 cm), two bathrooms, a solarium, a private pool (4 x 2 m) and a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has, among other things, an induction plate, an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination. There is also a washing machine and other kitchen appliances. The cozy living room has a TV with international TV channels. Two sliding doors provide access to the terrace with pool and the patio. One bedroom is located downstairs with a double bed and has a private bathroom with toilet. The outdoor terrace at the front of the house is nicely furnished with a dining table, six chairs, a parasol and two sun loungers by the pool.

The two upstairs bedrooms have double beds and both have a balcony at the front of the house. The bathroom has a luxurious look with beautifully landscaped LED lighting and is equipped with a double shower and a toilet.

A staircase provides access to the large roof terrace via a spacious hall. There you can enjoy the beautiful view and the sun from a spacious lounge set with dining table or from a wonderfully relaxed Ibiza bed.

The house has a fully integrated air conditioning system that can cool or heat all rooms. It offers fast fiber optic internet.

A small dog is allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Hibernate: Our hibernation period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not therefore have to coincide with a calendar month.

Key collection: Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
