Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's just a few minutes' walk from cozy terraces and the bustling promenade of Lo Pagán by the Mar Menor. The beach, restaurants, and shops are all within easy reach.

The living room and open kitchen are tastefully decorated, featuring comfortable chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. There are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a family bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200), while the other bedroom has two single beds (80x190).

The communal swimming pool is just 20 meters away. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. The property offers Wi-Fi and allows you to use your favorite streaming services. It also features integrated air conditioning for both heating and cooling.

You can park your car on the street or in the private parking space next to the pool. The private rooftop terrace provides plenty of space for relaxation and dining.

Please note that no pets are allowed in this holiday home, and smoking is prohibited indoors.

Winter stays: Our winter stay period starts from 28 days. If you stay for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month, so it doesn't have to align with the calendar month.

Key handover: The key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can check into the property from 4:00 PM on your first day, and on the day of departure, you typically leave by 11:00 AM. Alternative times can be arranged with the property manager. Upon your arrival and during your stay, the managers will provide various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and give you some useful tips about the local area. They will also be your point of contact throughout your stay.
