Welcome to our beautiful vacation villa in San Pedro Del Pinatar! This villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends.

The villa is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a rain shower, there is enough space for up to 8 people. Two of the bedrooms even have a king-size bed of 210x180, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom and a balcony with seating.

The third bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200). The fourth bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200).

One of the biggest advantages of this villa is the heated swimming pool of 6x3m with Jacuzzi and depth gradient, making the pool suitable for young and old. The large terrace offers a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, lounge set and sun beds, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun.

The villa is only 2.5 km from the sea and 2 km from the Mar Menor, so the beach is always within reach. Moreover, there are many shops, restaurants and playgrounds within walking distance of the villa.

The villa has air conditioning and heating in the living area and all bedrooms, as well as heating in the bathrooms. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with many appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is even an office available for the homeworkers among us, while the rest of the family can enjoy the 4 smart TVs with Android and Ambilight, and the fast WiFi with good range.

Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a baby cot, beach and pool toys and beach bags, so you don't have to worry about carrying extra luggage.
