What this bungalow:

The property is luxuriously furnished and exudes a sense of comfort and luxury. You will feel right at home here. This property is on one level, making it easily accessible if you have limited mobility. The bungalow has a spacious front terrace of about 37 m² with a cozy dining area. You can choose to enjoy the sun here or use the electric sunshade for some shade. In addition, the bungalow has a private pool of 3 x 3.5 m with seating and a gently sloping bottom, accessible via a walk-in staircase. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace. The entrance of the bungalow leads to a very spacious living room with an open kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen receive plenty of natural light through the large sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso, dishwasher, etc.

At the back of the bungalow, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, both with sliding doors. There are 2 comfortable box-spring beds (both 180x200). In addition, this bungalow also has 2 modern bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, sink, and spacious walk-in shower with both hand and rain shower. Additionally, at the back of the bungalow, there is a patio of about 12 m². Here, you will find a washing machine and clotheslines.

At the front of the bungalow, you will find a stone staircase that provides access to the private roof terrace with sunshades. The roof terrace is very spacious and measures about 85 m². On this terrace, you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. Here, you'll find a large lounge area where you can relax, as well as a large dining table for 6 people, perfect for long, balmy evenings of dining, drinks, and games with friends or family. There is also a refrigerator available in the upstairs area. During the day, after a refreshing dip in the pool, you can sunbathe on the luxury sunbeds.
